How do I purchase a package?

Connect your wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Token Pocket) on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), go to Packages, choose a tier (Package I–IV), and approve USDT spend if prompted, then confirm the purchase transaction. You need BNB for gas. Token Pocket users: ensure you are on BSC (not Ethereum) and open the site in Chrome/Safari if the in-app browser hangs. You can select a referrer via the referral link in the URL or the referrer selector on the page.

When do I receive my daily ROI?

ROI is distributed automatically by the platform according to the contract schedule (typically at set times such as 0:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC). Once credited, it appears in your balance on the Dashboard. You then withdraw it in a separate on-chain transaction. Ensure the pool has sufficient USDT and you have BNB for gas.

What is the 2× cap?

Your total earnings (ROI + direct referral bonus + matching bonus) cannot exceed 2× your total investment in the system. When you reach that cap, earning pauses until you top up an existing package or buy a new package. The cap is enforced on-chain and shown in the app.

How do I top up a package?

If your package supports top-ups, use the Packages or Dashboard page and select the top-up option for your active package. You will approve the token and confirm the transaction. Top-ups increase your investment base and allow you to continue earning toward a new 2× cap.

How do I refer others?

Use your unique referral link from the Referral or Dashboard page. Share it with others so they connect with that link before registering and purchasing a package. When they buy, you earn the direct referral bonus (typically 10%) and may earn matching bonus from your tree. Placement on left/right leg depends on contract and referrer selection.

What are pairs and how do they affect level rewards?

Pairs = floor(min(Left Business $, Right Business $) / 100). E.g. $100 left + $100 right = 1 pair. Each level (Starter Node, Growth Node, etc.) requires a certain number of pairs to unlock. When you reach that number, the level reward becomes claimable once. Check the Rewards page for your current pairs and which levels are unlocked.

Why can't I claim my level reward?

Level rewards unlock when you reach the required number of pairs in your referral tree. If the button is locked, you have not yet reached that level. If you see "insufficient USDT" or "already claimed", the pool may be temporarily low (try again later) or you have already claimed that level. Ensure you are on BSC.

My transaction history is empty or incomplete.

History loads from the blockchain (contract events) or from our database when an indexer is running. If you have packages and still see no history, try refreshing, reconnecting your wallet, or switching network and back to BSC. Delays can occur during high load or if the indexer is catching up.

Withdrawal or claim failed. What should I do?

Ensure you have enough BNB for gas and that you are on BSC. If the error mentions insufficient liquidity or pool balance, the platform pool may be temporarily low — try again later. If the error persists, contact support with your wallet address (never share your seed phrase or private key).

Why does Trust Wallet, Token Pocket, or my phone hang when connecting or signing?

In-app wallets (Trust Wallet, Token Pocket in-app browser) and mobile browsers often have connectivity issues with dApps. If connection or transactions hang: 1) Open the site in Chrome or Safari instead of the in-app browser, 2) Ensure BSC (Binance Smart Chain) is selected in your wallet, 3) Refresh the page and retry, 4) Ensure you have BNB for gas. Slow or congested RPC nodes can also cause delays — our app will timeout and retry; if it stays stuck, refresh and try again.

Who do I contact for support?

Use official NEXIUM-AI channels (e.g. Telegram, Discord, or the contact method listed on the website). Include your wallet address and a short description of the issue. Do not share your wallet seed phrase or private key with anyone, including anyone claiming to be support.

Is my wallet safe? Does NEXIUM-AI hold my funds?

NEXIUM-AI does not custody your funds or store your private keys. You connect your own wallet; all transactions (purchase, withdraw, claim) are signed by you on-chain. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Be wary of phishing sites and fake support.
