Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026. This policy describes how we handle information when you use NEXIUM-AI.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the NEXIUM-AI platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). It describes what information we may collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not require or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Your wallet connection is handled entirely by your browser or wallet extension (e.g. MetaMask). We only receive public information that your wallet exposes when you connect (such as your public address and chain ID).

We do not require know-your-customer (KYC) or identity verification to use the core platform unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate notice. Do not send us sensitive identity documents unless we have requested them through an official channel.

3. Blockchain Data

Transactions you perform (e.g. package purchases, withdrawals, referral registrations, reward claims) are recorded on the Binance Smart Chain and are public. We may read, index, cache, or display this data to provide the Service — for example, to show your transaction history, referral tree, team business, and reward status.

Such data is derived from public blockchain state. We do not alter on-chain data; we only read and present it. Third parties can also read the same data from the blockchain.

4. Information We May Collect

We may collect or process the following:

  • Wallet addresses — When you connect your wallet, we receive your public address(es) and use them to display your balance, history, and referral data.
  • Usage data — We may collect technical and usage information (e.g. pages visited, actions taken, device type, IP address) to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This may be done through the application itself or through third-party analytics.
  • Support communications — If you contact us for support, we may retain your messages, wallet address, and other information you provide to resolve your request.
  • Configuration and preferences — We may store preferences (e.g. referral link, selected referrer) in your browser local storage to improve your experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data as described in the "Sharing and Disclosure" section below.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (e.g. display your dashboard, referral tree, and rewards).
  • Process and display on-chain and indexed data relevant to your wallet.
  • Improve the Service, fix errors, and develop new features.
  • Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  • Communicate with you about the Service (e.g. important updates or support responses) where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. However, no system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to store preferences, cache data, and improve your experience (e.g. to remember your referral code or connection state). These are typically necessary for the site to function correctly.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences and require you to reconnect your wallet or re-enter certain information.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, RPC (blockchain node) access, and support. These providers may process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal and safety — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NEXIUM-AI, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Blockchain data remains on the chain indefinitely and is public. Cached or indexed data may be retained or deleted according to our operational needs and legal requirements.

If you disconnect your wallet and cease using the Service, we may still retain certain data (e.g. support history, logs) for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in different countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational constraints.
  • Restriction and portability — Request restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data where applicable.
  • Object and withdraw consent — Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Complain — Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the official NEXIUM-AI channels listed on the website. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Note that disconnecting your wallet and ceasing use of the Service limits further collection but does not automatically delete all data we may have already collected or derived.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (typically 18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top and may notify you of material changes via the platform or official channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

13. Contact

For privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights, contact us through the official NEXIUM-AI contact channels listed on the website (e.g. Telegram, Discord, or the contact page). We do not provide legal advice; for questions about your legal rights, please consult your own advisor.
